Dr. Irene M. Abrons, Director of Administration
As Director of Administration at DJM Community Outreach, Dr. Irene M. Abrons brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and organizational development. Co-founder of Abrons Next Level Coaching, she specializes in empowering entrepreneurs and leaders through tailored strategies for sustainable growth. Dr. Abrons holds advanced degrees in Mass Communication, Marketing, and a Doctorate in Business Administration, positioning her as a trusted advisor for leadership and operational excellence.

With nearly thirty years of experience in leadership roles spanning human resources and entrepreneurship, Dr. Tania possesses a rare gift for forging genuine connections with her audience and empowering individuals to harness their full potential.
