As the Executive Director of DJM Community Outreach NFP, Dr. Jennifer Matthews leads with a passion for empowering youth and building communities. With a strong background in mentorship, education, and social advocacy, Dr. Matthews is dedicated to creating pathways for young people to develop essential life skills and pursue meaningful careers. Her vision and commitment to equity and opportunity are at the heart of the "Future Pathways" program, inspiring both mentors and participants to reach their fullest potential.

Dr. Irene M. Abrons, Director of Administration
As Director of Administration at DJM Community Outreach, Dr. Irene M. Abrons brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and organizational development. Co-founder of Abrons Next Level Coaching, she specializes in empowering entrepreneurs and leaders through tailored strategies for sustainable growth. Dr. Abrons holds advanced degrees in Mass Communication, Marketing, and a Doctorate in Business Administration, positioning her as a trusted advisor for leadership and operational excellence.
Candyce Allen, Community Recruitment & Marketing Partner
Candyce Allen serves as the Community Recruitment & Marketing Partner at DJM Community Outreach, where she leads with purpose, empathy, and a deep commitment to community advancement. Her role is centered on cultivating authentic relationships that connect people, resources, and opportunities across neighborhoods and organizations.
With a strong foundation in leadership within recruitment and engagement, Candyce is instrumental in building and maintaining community partnerships that strengthen DJM’s programs and extend its reach. Her work ensures that DJM remains responsive to real community needs, while also expanding its network of allies and advocates.
